5 Seconds Of Summer - Youngblood 歌詞と和訳と感想

今回は5 Seconds Of Summerの「Youngblood」の歌詞と和訳と感想を書きたいと思います。
どことなく切ないPVと、若かりし頃の恋愛における苦悩（？）が印象的な曲。
特に個人的にPVが強く印象に残ってる曲です。
内容としては、60年間連れ添ってきた老夫婦が24時間だけ若返る薬を飲み、再び青春時代を謳歌する…と言った感じ。しかし、薬の効力が切れてしまうと命を落としてしまうトンデモない副作用が、このPVの切なさを際立たせています。
恐らく老夫婦は余命いくばくもない状態で（見た目は全然そんな感じに見えませんが）、最後のひと時をどう過ごすかを考えた末に、この薬に手を出したのだと思います。
存分に青春時代を楽しむ二人（めっちゃくちゃヤンキーなところがまたいいです）。
仲間と馬鹿騒ぎしたり喧嘩したり…でも最後の時は愛する人と手を取り合い、息を引き取る…自分と自分の嫁に置き換えて考えたりすると、なんとも言えない気持ちになり、思わず涙腺が緩んでしまいます。
曲自体は若い時の恋愛に関する駆け引き、相手に対する不信感、愛憎などが表現されており、共感できる方も多いのではないでしょうか。
タイトルにもあるYoungbloodですがこれはまあそのまま「青春時代、若気の至り」と訳しても良かったのですが、恋愛において初めて抱く気持ち…と言った意味で「こんなの初めてだ」なんて訳にしました。
でもPVの方は思いっきり「青春時代の若気の至り」を表現しているのが面白いところです。
